The Ahepa Chapter has established the goal of raising $100,000 in order to make the scholarship funds self-sustaining and to award annual scholarships totaling $5,000. In 2007, the Chicago Ahepa Chapter #260 awarded two $1000 scholarships to deserving students.

Today, AHEPA brings the ideals of ancient Greece, which includes philanthropy, education, civic responsibility, and family and individual excellence to the community.
